Each bag will contain 1 PSA graded slab (9 & 10 only) & 5 booster packs (4 Japanese and 1 English).

Total of 25 bags released per round with 17 floor bags and 8 chase bags.

Purchasing 2 bags will qualify your order to get an insurance slab by trading in both your floor bags.

Floor bags contain a PSA graded slab ranging from $20-$50 USD.

Chase Bags contain a PSA graded slab ranging from $250-$750.

Insurance slabs range from $75-$150.

ALL PIKASLAB bags are to be purchased and opened during livestream ONLY.

No cancels, returns, or refunds on PIKASLAB bags once they are opened. Purchase responsibly and ask questions. We are very transparent and honest about the contents.

All floor, chase, and insurance slabs will be show on live at the beginning of the stream and upon any requests.

Where do you ship to?We ship your most desired items any where you are in the world.

How long will my order take?It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive anywhere in United States. Outside of United States, deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email with a tracking number.

How long am i allowed to return/refund?Due to us being a small business, we handle this on a case by case basis at this time. Please email us your inquiries at orders@pikacollections.com and we will get back to your refund/return requests within 1 business day. We take customer feedback and satisfaction VERY seriously and want to provide the best experience for our customers. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS/RETURNS ON ANY OPENED/DAMAGED PRODUCTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND/RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED LIVE ON LIVESTREAM INCLUDING PIKASLAB BAGS.

Can I preorder the newest pokemon set with you guys?YES! we will try our best to get preordered products out to you guys upon release. However we will not be releasing any preorder items till we get confirmation from our distributor as to how much product allocation we will be getting to avoid any order cancellations.

Are the PIKASLAB bags a scam?NO! they are a fun way to get some slabs you would not otherwise be able to afford along with some fun packs to open on stream. Please do not purchase if you are not financially responsible or have bills to pay! We do not condone any sort of gambling but do realize this is a gamble of a product. We try to be as transparent as possible with whats in every single bag and they are all randomized where we do not know what slabs are in what bags. We let you pick the bags live on stream and open them on stream. If we do not sell out all the bags in a single stream, we open up all the remaining bags to show which bags had what chases/floors.

Do you guys price gouge products when products are not available else where?We never price gouge any products! We pride ourselves on having customer satisfaction as top priority and will transparently let you know that we only really take a 25-35% margin on our products depending on the products. Whatever price we get from our distributors, we will sell for our target margins regardless if other stores are doubling or tripling the prices as the market becomes scarce.

Do you limit order quantities to avoid scalping practices?YES! we want all our customers to have a fair chance to get and enjoy our pokemon product selections so we limit orders usually to 1-2 per billing address/CC.
